Gazprom Capital says approves 150 bln rbl perpetual bond program
MOSCOW, Sep 28 (PRIME) -- Gazprom Capital, a special purpose vehicle of Russian gas giant Gazprom, has approved a program of perpetual exchange bonds worth up to 150 billion rubles or an equivalent in a foreign currency, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The program will be in force for 100 years after the registration date.
Earlier in September, Gazprom Deputy CEO Famil Sadygov said that the company was considering placement of perpetual bonds secured by state support as one of the instruments of financing of gas infrastructure development.
